Greenmount Projects is making a great step forward as we strengthen our senior leadership team. We are pleased to share that our director team has evolved, broadening our strategic direction to better align with the company’s goals and needs.

Firstly, we would like to introduce Chris Mellor into the business as Construction Director. Chris brings a wealth of experience in the construction industry and has a strong dedication to health and safety and quality in every project he leads. As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), Chris will only further our commitment to a safe controlled working environment.

Andy Linaker has been promoted from Head of Pre-Construction to Pre-Construction Director. Over the past year Andy has developed the preconstruction department into its own entity; working closely with the bid team, enhancing processes and strengthening our relationships with clients in those early stages of a project.

Andy Coley has transitioned into a vital role for our company as Technical Director. With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Andy has invaluable knowledge within the sector. He will work closely with the interior design team and all departments to manage design & build aspects, pre-construction and post-contract activities.

These appointments mark an important step forward for Greenmount Projects as we continue to strengthen our leadership team and invest in the future of the business as we enter 2026. With Chris, Andy L, and Andy C bringing their expertise to these key roles, alongside Molly Durkin, Creative Director, and Dan Ryding, Commercial Director, Mike Sharkey CEO is confident we are strengthening our business strategy, client support, and the company is well positioned for sustained growth, enhanced service delivery, and continued success across all projects.
