Set in a stunning location, this 200-year-old manor house was in need of a freshening up. We were instructed to design and remodel the internal apartments including Stewart, Atholl, Wallace and within the grounds Factors House Cottage.

Design workshops were held until a final process and design was approved. As the project progressed the Greenmount team collaborated with the Verdant Leisure Senior Management. By consulting on the specific fabrics and colours we were able to create an overall Victorian aesthetic in all rooms such as: bathrooms, lounges, kitchens, and bedrooms.

The project was completed within the 9-week period, allowing the new season to commence and a wave of new customers able to experience the new facilities.
