Greenmount were tasked to work alongside the client advisor, Arcadis, and design team of Youth Studio and Chapman and Taylor to deliver a resident gym and studio fit out within a new high rise property development in the centre of Manchester.

Taking on some contractor design portions, we worked closely with the design team in working through some existing building constraints, to develop a design that worked practically and aesthetically. Transforming the area from a shell and core to the gym seen now, we undertook fill M&E design and install, fire curtains, acoustic ceilings and flooring, bespoke joinery, specialised gym flooring, wall lining, plastering, decoration, suspended ceiling and flooring.
