This project began with an initial concept design meet with the client to determine the scope of works. The internal Greenmount design team developed the brief and designed the space through to a successful technical approval.

The Construction team completed the works with in-house labour including electricians, joiners, plumbers, decorators, and furniture with support from supply chain partners.

Here at Greenmount Projects, we guided the client throughout the journey and assisted with all building control and technical issues. On the final sign off the client was extremely happy with the works undertook on The Cafe.
