This project was a successful tender submission to refurbish the stone cottage at the rear of the presbytery. Works consisted of damp proofing solutions, plastering, fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, replacing the flooring and decorating throughout the cottage. 

The Parish Priest and surveyor were absolutely delighted with the finished look.
