The St Marys project began with the strip out of existing workshop classrooms including disconnection of old machinery and partition alterations. The new gym was designed to suit the clients specific needs, from the machinery to the overall floor plan.

The refurbishment ncluded design of Mechanical and Electrical equipment to ensure regulations were met and the facility was kept at the required temperature throughout the summer months, also flooring, decoration and installation of new fire doors to enusre correct fire compartmentation was met was key to creating this new space.
