Our team delivered a fast-track refurbishment within an occupied workplace through a carefully phased programme that maintained business continuity throughout. The scheme was delivered across three phases with sub-zones A–C, allowing works to progress efficiently and areas to be handed back in stages.

Each phase followed a repeatable sequence, starting with the safe isolation and strip-out of existing M&E services, followed by the installation of new underfloor and high-level containment, data cabling and first-fix services. Partitions and ceilings were installed to meet acoustic and fire requirements, with a professional finish achieved before decoration and phased flooring installation to the clien's specifications.

Second-fix services, furniture, and IT/AV systems were installed toward the end of each phase, allowing immediate use of completed areas. Close coordination, short-interval planning and early procurement helped manage live-environment constraints, mitigate risks and ensure consistent quality. The result is a modernised workplace delivered with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
