Here at Greenmount Projects, we offer a full turn-key design package.

From initial concept stages right through to fit-out, handover, and completion. We work hard on creating a space strategy that is unique to the company we are creating for. Beginning with an initial concept, creating mood boards and space planning layout options, whilst communicating closely with the client to ensure we are always on the right track. Following this, we work on creating a design presentation to help the client visualise a combined vision for the project with expert design knowledge. We then begin to develop technical construction drawing and packs including all information that is needed whilst on site. Introducing site meetings to make sure the design is followed through with structural knowledge from the team on site. Consistently checking in with the client for a smooth process, we then handover a finished space that is personal and clearly meets the initial brief given. FF&E Specification

Leveraging over 10 years of industry knowledge and a National supply chain, we source, quality check and specify all the lighting, furniture, finishes and equipment for your project, working with multiple brands, suppliers and manufacturers to suit your budget.

01.) Feasibility

This initial phase of the project includes preliminary assessments and a desk top study of the site or property, and potential layout and flow of the project. We will find out more about you, the company, and your design ambitions for the project, along with your timescales and budgets. We will also guide you to build a detailed brief and identify your design preference’s.

02.) Concept

Concept design is the beginning of our creative process. We will develop architectural layouts for your project including space plan strategies, also begin to investigate finishes, design styles and influences. We will create renders and early axonometric 3D models to bring the project to life, describing the volumetric aspects of the design. At this point in the project the commercial team would be 90% cost certainty.

3.) Technical

At the design development stage, we now get into the detail of the project. During discussions with you, we will refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture choices including fabric and styles etc. We will define the lighting concepts and M&E requirements, from our internal engineering department, including any structural alterations, and at this point we would engage with pre- planning applications and Building control if applicable. We would like to be approx. 100% cost certainty at this point. We would then arrange a meeting where we would present the scheme to yourselves for approval and sign off.

With the design signed off, we move into the Technical stage where we prepare a co-ordinated, fully detailed technical construction pack for the project, including schedules on bespoke items and all proposed new details for the project.

04.) Construction

We have now completed the construction details including planning applications approval and building control sign off, next we will develop fully detailed finishes schedules and FF&E specifications directly from our internal Furniture department. For every area within the project, we would detail joinery, sanitary, electrical and mechanical requirements for the commercial department to define the cost schedule.

Once Team GP are preparing the project, we will as a design team undertake workshops to review the design proposals in detail and plan appointments with you to guide you around the construction stages.

Whilst the project has now progressed to site we will work closely with you the stakeholders and our supply chain to achieve the successful implementation of our design along with the installation and commissioning of all the associated FF&E.

05.) Completion

As the project concludes we will visit site to inspect all the works and prepare a schedule of materials/finishes for the O&M manual, along with the Team GP management team. At this point we will discuss the strategy with you and your stakeholders, to have communication if you have issues which can be responded to in the appropriate timescales.

06.) Aftercare

As the name implies customer aftercare is about ensuring our customer care you are provided continues after completion. This is all about going the extra mile to ensure we deliver quality customer service. The sale should not been seen as the end of the transaction and the aftercare provided emphasises the company's commitment to excellent customer care.
