Greenmount Projects delivered this internal refurbishment transforming outdated offices, WCs and communal areas into a modern, collaborative workspace. The project reconfigured cellular offices and redundant meeting rooms into a bright open-plan environment, including a new breakout area, kitchen and improved staff facilities.
Works involved a full internal strip-out, installation of new partitions, ceilings, mechanical and electrical services, and a complete programme of decoration and flooring upgrades. Bespoke joinery features included integrated boardroom furniture, storage solutions, planters and a collaboration space with tiered seating and acoustic treatments.
The refurbishment also incorporated heating and ventilation modifications, new lighting, power and data infrastructure, and upgrades to fire alarm and access control systems, creating a high-quality, flexible and fully compliant working environment.
Scheduled Works
High-quality internal finishes were applied throughout, with all wall surfaces fully prepared and decorated to create a bright, cohesive environment. A neutral palette was introduced across the main office areas to enhance the sense of space and natural light, while feature colours were carefully selected in collaboration with the client to subtly reflect the brand identities of the rugby and football organisations operating within the building. Flooring upgrades included durable finishes within circulation areas and carpet tiles in office spaces to improve both acoustics and comfort.
