Refurbishment
The Works
Greenmount Projects successfully delivered the refurbishment and fit-out of the first floor within a Manchester Metropolitan University library, creating a modern, functional, and welcoming learning environment for students and staff.
The project involved extensive internal fit-out works, including first and second fix M&E installations, new ceilings and bulkheads, partitions and wall linings, fire curtains, and essential fire-stopping measures. Bespoke joinery, decorations, ceiling tiles, flooring, and acoustic wall panels were incorporated to enhance both the appearance and performance of the space.
The Works
The refurbishment was completed with the installation of signage and furniture, carefully selected to bring together the cohesive environment and ensuring the facility was fully equipped to support contemporary learning and collaboration. Through careful planning and effective coordination of multiple trades, Greenmount Projects delivered a high-quality, fully compliant environment that met the university’s operational requirements while providing an improved experience for building users.
